At Swaad Bharat, every product is prepared, packed, and shipped with utmost care. As our products are food items made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items that have been delivered successfully.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A missing item from your order

  • A product that appears spoiled upon arrival

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product.

Refunds & Replacements

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the concern

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping details provided during checkout are accurate. Swaad Bharat will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
