Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once they have been placed or processed.

First-Time Customers

If you're trying Swaad Bharat for the first time, we recommend starting with our Swaad Bharat Taste Box. It is thoughtfully curated to help you sample our handcrafted treats before purchasing full-size packs. We also offer exclusive first-order offers from time to time, making it the perfect way to try before you buy.

Subscription Orders

If you have subscribed to recurring deliveries, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed or charged through your customer account or by contacting us at support@swaadbharat.com.

Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as each order is freshly prepared in small batches specifically for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or you receive an incorrect item, please email support@swaadbharat.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • Clear photographs of the product showing the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
